How does the bag convert? 

Our bag is so easy to convert - perfect for those times your in a rush or have your hands full. You simply pull the handle up to make it a tote or pull the shoulder straps to make it a back pack. Voila!! 

 

Will the straps loop over pram handle?

The straps don't fit over most pram handles. We sell pram clips that allow you to hang the bag from the pram handle.

How do I clean the bag?

Canvas bags - Our bags are made with beautiful waxed canvas and leather, for this reason particular care needs to be taken when cleaning. Do not machine wash. Do not use hot or warm water.

Start by brushing off any dried dirt with a brush. We suggest a spot clean where possible with cold water and a sponge. For stubborn marks try a small amount of mild soap (test a small inconspicuous area first). Air dry thoroughly.  The lining is waterproof nylon, you can use water, and detergent where needed on the lining but be careful not to get detergent on the canvas. 

Vegan Leather bags - The beauty of this fabric is that it so easy to clean. Just wipe any marks off with a wet cloth. 

How can I take care of my bag?

We suggest spraying the canvas and leather with a protective coating such as scotch guard to give your bag some extra protection.

What is the warranty on my bag?

ARCH products are made to last a long time. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your bag within 12 months of purchase we will provide a repair or replacement. 

The warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended and doesn’t apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or neglect.

I wish I ordered a different colour, can I exchange?

Absolutely, we get it buying off a screen can be difficult. Just send us an email and we will give you the address and instructions for exchange. 

Do the bags come with a change mat? 

Yes, the ARCH original and ARCH luxe both come with a change mat. It will be inside the bag in the pocket when it arrives. 

Is the change mat that comes with the bag the same as the clutch? 

No, its not. The change mat that comes with the bag is a simple nylon change mat that folds out. The nappy clutch is a bag that folds out to a change mat and has pockets for nappies, wipes, phone, keys etc. 

Do the bags come with pram clips? 

No, you can add them to your order here. OR even better grab the bundle instead - these include the bag, nappy clutch and pram clips.
